II.          Warranty/Guarantees:  The manufacturers have product warranties on all their products and the business guarantees all installations.  The business covers any installation issues that arise; however, there are very few installation issues that average $500 total per year.

III.        Inventory:  The average amount of inventory on hand in any given month is $10,000

IV.         Hours:  The business is open Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM

V.           Employees:  The business is family owned and operates with 6 full time and 2 part time employees.  The employees are paid on a weekly basis through an employee leasing service.  Employee benefits included a five day vacation after one year/ ten days after two years.  Health, dental, and vision are covered 100% after one year, and a 401k plan is offered after one year of employment.

VI.         Management:  The owner manages the day-to-day operations including two installers, one service man, two shop men, and a phone person.  On larger jobs he pulls people on an as needed basis.
