I.            Ownership:  Business was formed 5/2009 as an LLC with husband and wife as members of the LLC.

II.          Non-Compete:  Seller is willing to offer a non-compete agreement for 3 years within a 10 mile radius.

III.        Training:  Seller will provide 14 days of training at no cost to the buyer.
