I.            Customer Base/Profile:  The business is well known throughout West Central Florida for its quality products and outstanding workmanship.  Customers consist of general contractors, construction managers, home builders, and owners of commercial properties.  The number of customers varies at any given time according to the projects in the area.  All customers are offered terms of net 30 or COD which helps the cash flow in the business.

II.          Marketing Information:  The Company currently uses leaflets, flyers, and post cards to advertise and market the business.  The metal fabrication business has a web site to reach internet traffic for greater visibility in the industry. The acoustical ceiling, insulation business utilizes its well known reputation through word-of-mouth and repeat customers.

III.        Strengths, Weaknesses and Competitors: 

          A.           Strengths: 

                   1.            Known for its high quality products and workmanship the business retains a strong base of repeat customers.

                  2.            Personnel are pro-active establishing and building relationships with clients.

         B.           Weaknesses:

                  1.            Sales are the biggest weakness in the business. Through the hiring of a dedicated sales manager and the development and implementation of aggressive marketing plan revenues could increase.

                 2.            The acoustical ceilings business does not have a web site.  Development of a web site would create an internet presence potentially raising awareness and reaching an untapped source of clients gaining more market share.

        C.            Competitors:

               1.            There are seven competitors in the area.  This business ranks number 2 out of the seven.

              2.            Competitive advantages of the company are the quality of personnel, pricing, and the operational facility.
