Master Business Intermediary (MBI®) Academy®
The MBI program is a proprietary training program available only to VR owners and associates. The MBI Academy is a great recruiting tool and also develops your associates into top producers.
MBI courses are designed by the VR Education Committee comprised of our top office owners in conjunction with the training organization chosen by Starbucks and Hewlett Packard. Consequently, MBI courses are up to date and relevant to our industry. The MBI Academy utilizes a blended training approach combining internet self study, Webinars and live training classes to deliver a comprehensive training program that is accessible to our busy intermediaries around the world.
