5. Executive Interview

ü Executive Committee decision to approval or disapprove granting a franchise

6. Franchise Agreement

ü Tell us you are ready to move forward and open your office
ü Identify your location (city) interests for approval and agreement
ü Executive Franchise Agreement and return to VR

ü Sends you a Franchise Agreement for execution
ü Upon receipt of your signed Franchise Agreement and funds, VR executes the Franchise Agreement and returns it to you

ü Start your two week self study program in preparation for your Initial Owner Training program at VR Global Headquarters
ü Building your VR office website
ü Familiarize yourself with VR office systems and materials

ü Sends you your Welcome Pack with your training materials and Office Opening Check List
ü Sets up your usernames and passwords for access for VR WebManager and BizEx systems
ü Sets up our email accounts

8. Initial Owner Training
|
You
ü Book your travel and accommodations for the next available owner training
ü Arrive Sunday night, training begins Monday morning at 8:30 AM
ü Training materials are provided, you need only basic materials for notes
ü Registration in the VR “Master Business Intermediary Academy”

ü Comprehensive five day training at VR Global Headquarters for you and a partner/co-owner
ü Mentor program upon completion of your training
ü Additional training materials provided when you arrive

9. Site Selection & Approval
|
You
ü After completion of training submit photos, office layout and area information to VR for review and approval
ü Upon approval, execute a lease for your site and new office
ü Start office opening procedures

ü Reviews your proposed site
ü Send approval if site is suitable and meets VR standards

10. Implementation of Business Development Plan
|
You
ü Start building and growing your office by implementing the VR Business Development Plan and the action plans you developed during training

ü VR Business Development Plan was reviewed in training and sent with your welcome pack
ü VR Superstore has marketing materials and promotional materials
ü VR WebManager has forms, letters and templates for your office
