This children's gym is located in a well-regarded Texas suburb!  Franchise was started 35 years ago, but this location has been owned by the current owners since March of 2003.  This is the only franchise like it that has lesson plans and curriculum based on science.  The gym helps to develop motor skills for children 4 months to 12 years, and encorporates gymnastics, sports skill development, karate, cheerleading, and/or dance. The gym also offers children's birthday parties, evening packages, holiday camps.  They are franchised all over the United States and internationaly.  Customer base is families with children under 6 years of age.  The gym currently has an active database of current, former, and prospective customers of about 5,600 families.  In order to buy territory and build from scratch, to start a new franchise would cost about $375,000.  Instead of paying a franchise fee, the sellers pay a transfer fee.  This covers transferring the franchise and training for the new owners.
