Appliance Repair Service company located in Tampa Bay area.  Owner services Hillsborough and Pasco counties, and services all major appliances, including air conditioners.  Owner began the business in 1983, and has in excess of 4000 customers.  85% of sales are from repeat and referral customers.   Customers include Head Start program, Maintenance 2 program, and School of Culinary Arts.   Owner will stay on for up to a year to mentor new owner if desired.
