This daycare sees strong profitablility for a few reasons.  It is located in a high density population area, has a separate CFCP program run through the facility, and also most of the children are covered financially by government programs. Either the daycare is paid by the hours the child attends, or in other cases, they are paid for 40 hours/week if a child attends at least 20 hours/week.  Checks are a sure thing. Transportation is offered to and from the daycare, school, and home at no cost to the parents.  There is another profitable enterprise being run through this daycare and it is called CFCP (Child Family Community Partnership).  In this program, the Bureau of Child Welfare refers clients to independent contractors who act as a support group and bill hourly to the Bureau.  These contractors handle child visitations, foster care, court dates, parenting and cooking classes, among other things.  The daycare receives half the billed wages, and the community is better off because of this program which is one of only 4 in the state of Wisconsin.
